Static and rotobarrel facilities
Zincatura Dalla Torre A. has two rotobarrel facilities for metal hardware and a static facility capable of performing black passivation on parts up to 6 metres in length and 2 metres in height.
All the facilities are equipped for the latest generation of trivalent chrome finishes and any subsequent treatments that follow passivation.
Static facility
The static facility is equipped with a split alkaline zinc bath, distributing zinc uniformly across the entire treated element, ensuring greater corrosion resistance.

Designed for large-sized materials or specific and delicate articles.
Rotobarrel facility
The rotobarrel facility is equipped with an acid zinc bath suitable for lead or sulphur-containing alloy materials. This type of bath provides an extremely bright zinc deposit, combined with various types of passivation, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
